Jade Meridian original designs are created in our London studio and produced in Macclesfield, England, the end of the Silk Road. Macclesfield is historically considered the centre of the English silk weaving industry and courted fame for being the world’s largest producer of finished silk.

Each silk scarf is made as a bespoke and unique item, hand finished by England’s leading silk specialists combining craftsmanship, traditional techniques in silk finishing with current technologies.

Care

After wear, allow your silk scarf to relax and air.

Delicate dry clean only.

Do not wash, bleach, iron or tumble dry.

Storage

Silk should be cleaned before storage and placed in a breathable natural cotton bag.

Gently fold your silk scarf and store on a shelf or in a drawer, take care to avoid hanging as this may risk stretching the delicate fibres out of shape.

Store in a cool dry place.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with moisture.

We'll ship your purchase directly to the recipient address, and we offer the option of including a physical card with your personal message to the recipient.

Simply add your message in the 'Write a personalised message for gifts' field on the Cart page and provide the recipients address details. We will handwrite your message on a card, gift pack your order and ship directly to the recipient.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.

UK orders are shipped with the secure and convenient Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Our deliveries require a signature on receipt. The recipient will be notified when their parcel will be delivered. They have the option of making an alternative delivery time if they won't be in.

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receipt.

UK: Aim 1-3 working days

Europe: We are currently not shipping to the EU

Rest of the world: Aim 5-7 days

UK: Free shipping

Rest of the world: £20.00

Shipping charges cover delivery only and do not cover any import duties and local taxes.

Recipients may be liable for any import duties, customs costs and local sales or other taxes, which may have to be paid before delivery takes place.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product please ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels, product cards and inserts. Include the order number and invoice as proof of purchase.
